Equipment Rental Specialist

Key Requirements: Previous customer service, rental counter, sales, or administrative experience preferred Basic knowledge of floor cleaning equipment or rental equipment preferred, but not required Strong computer experience- Microsoft applications, data entry, etc. Ability to assist customers with equipment rental inquiries, reservations, and returns Process rental agreements, contracts, and related paperwork accurately Coordinate equipment availability, scheduling, and rental transactions Assist customers in selecting appropriate rental equipment based on their needs Communicate with yard personnel and other team members to ensure equipment is ready for rental Maintain accurate rental records and update information in the computer system Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Enjoy shorter Fridays! Fridays are often half days, keeping your workweek at 40 hours.
