Seeking a detail-oriented Associate, Private Equity/Venture Capital, the full-time position will manage accounting data for 10-20 client engagements, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accounting data for client engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Reconcile portfolio and cash activity to source data and prepare quarterly net asset value reporting Draft annual financial statements and coordinate year-end audits with clients and independent auditors
Required qualifications: 3+ years in fund accounting, public accounting, or a related field, focusing on closed-end private investment funds Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Practical experience working with cryptocurrency assets CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials are highly desirable
