Work Environment: This position is onsite in our outpatient office, where you will work closely with a diverse group of patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies to aid in diagnosis and treatment. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours either from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life approach.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions, including muscle re-education, manual therapy, and exercise programs tailored to each patient's unique requirements. Guide patients through both active and passive exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall function. Educate patients and their families on care plans and the importance of commitment to rehabilitation for successful outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and effective communication regarding patient progress. Utilize various treatment techniques, such as massage and modalities, to alleviate pain and restore function. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, trauma, and chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal health. You will work with a diverse age range, from adolescents to seniors, each requiring a customized approach to restore their mobility and quality of life. Your role directly impacts their recovery journey, enabling them to return to their daily activities and improve their overall physical health.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Current and active State Physical Therapy license to practice in Florida. Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical therapy settings. Strong clinical assessment skills to identify patient needs effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience: Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is highly preferred. Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in orthopedic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
