Beauty, by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translating complex data into impactful go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning and act as a senior escalation point for the e.l.f. Beauty account, identifying growth opportunities
Distill complex data and media plans into clear strategic recommendations while ensuring concise client deliverables
Oversee advanced data analysis and connect brand moments with cohesive communications plans
Required Qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience in digital strategy, communications planning, or brand strategy, preferably in a fast-paced agency or consumer brand
Strong expertise across linear and digital channels, particularly in video, social, and integrated full-funnel planning
Proven ability to create high-impact presentation decks for C-suite and VP-level audiences
Deep understanding of the creator economy and social commerce platforms
Familiarity with planning and competitive research tools such as Kantar, SimilarWeb, and eMarketer
