Hybrid Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

DevCo US Construction in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The role focuses on planning, design, and construction of low income housing tax credit multifamily projects, coordinating with internal and external partners. The APM will support the Project Management team from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining DevCo quality standards.
