Clothing Production Team Member Work with the clothing production team to process all clothing from intake to sales floor, including, but not limited to: sorting, hanging, tagging, pricing and filling the sales floor. Full or part-time, hourly, non-exempt position Reports to Store Manager Primary Job Duties Sorting: Process clothing donations, sorting into categories of clothing that meets Common Threads' sales floor standards, and separating clothing that doesn't meet standards for textile recycling. Hanging and Boxing: Hang in-season clothing, as needed, to stock sales floor. Box off-season clothing and clothing not currently needed, for offsite storage. Tagging and Pricing: Evaluate items for quality, condition and brand. Price based on established pricing guidelines. Sales Floor: Stock clothing racks in a neat and organized manner. Strive to meet established standards in daily clothing production metrics. Ensure established guidelines and protocols for all clothing tasks are followed properly. Fulfill shared responsibility with the team for cleaning the back room, breakroom, and restrooms. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
