Facilities Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities: Facilities coordinator: This position works closely with the senior manager of manufacturing supporting production floor facility's needs. The candidate should have a general understanding of facilities management and be able to work with various contractors to start and finish projects from equipment installations to general repairs. The candidate should have organizational skills to maintain maintenance records for equipment. The candidate should have some knowledge of security procedures and be able to work closely with security personnel to meet requirements when scheduling contractors and escorting them into secure areas. Also, will support custodial services on the production floor along with custodial lead. This position will create purchase order requisitions for ordering facility items as needed and anticipate production floor and training room needs. Basic computer and networking skills are helpful to support the IT group when issues arise.

Basic Qualifications: Requires a BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree 10 years of relevant experience Candidate must possess and be able to maintain a DOD Secret clearance
