Truss Assembly Technician - CI & Safety Focus

Paycom - ATS is looking for a laborer to join our production assembly team. You will perform standard work on roof and floor truss assembly, handle plate work, and support the line with quality and safety as top priorities. The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, a reliable attendance history, and the ability to read a tape measure and shop drawings. You will assist forklift operators, help with cycle counts, and maintain 6S in your area.
