Status: Full Time
Shift: 9:45 AM - 10:15 PMEvery other weekend requirement
On Call: NoAlways in person

Requirements: RN (Registered Nurse) License Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing1-year registered nurse ER experienceBLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationACLS certification with the American Heart AssociationPALS certification with the American Heart Association The Registered Nurse - responsibilities and skills:
  • Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
  • Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
  • Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patients, family and significant others
  • Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment
  • Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments.
  • Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient's medical condition
  • Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients
  • High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient
