Director, FP&A – North America Real Estate

BGRE is seeking a Director to lead North America Office FP&A, reporting to VP, Finance. Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while contributing to forecasting and valuations. Lead a regional team, develop dynamic models, and present insights to executives and investors. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced financial systems, and continuous improvement in processes across the North America portfolio.
