Employee Training & Safety Programs Lead

The Maryland School for the Blind is seeking an HR Training Specialist to design, coordinate, and evaluate employee training and professional development aligned with the school's mission and regulatory needs. The role leads safety, behavior management, onboarding, and continuous learning initiatives; tracks certifications, maintains records, and partners with departments to improve workplace safety, compliance, and staff growth across campus.
