Test & Integration Engineer

What you will do: Test planning and design Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria traceable to system requirements Define test scenarios that exercise realistic conditions, including degraded and edge cases Coordinate verification approach with the systems engineering team Automated test infrastructure Build automated test capability for RF, firmware, and software subsystems Develop signal injection, scenario playback, and hardware-in-the-loop test setups Maintain regression suites and integrate them into the build pipelineRF and system test execution Configure and operate spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other RF test equipment Execute integration, verification, validation, and acceptance testing across lab, land-based, and shipboard environments Characterize system performance and document deviations from expected behavior Capture and preserve data adequate for post-event root cause analysis Defect management Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution with the engineering team Verify fixes and prevent regression Report test status and risk clearly to program leadership and customers
