Remote Oncology Patient Financial Counselor

One Oncology is seeking a Patient Financial Counselor to support our patient-centric model. Under supervision of the Patient A/R Manager, you will educate patients on their insurance coverage, determine financial ability to pay, and assist with payment arrangements and financial assistance. You will document all account activity in EMR systems, coordinate with front office and clinical staff, and ensure timely responses to patient questions.
