Brake Press Metal Fabricator – (INDB)

Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and operate brake press machinery Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications Bend and form metal components to required dimensions Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with additional fabrication duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience required Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependable with excellent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety Accurate Personnel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
