Base Salary: $250KPractice: New York commercial and complex civil litigation. Contract disputes and high-exposure casualty matters for corporate clients. Appearances are the only time you need to be in the city. Our client is a national litigation firm, about 1,300 lawyers and close to 50 offices, that opened a large new Manhattan office Roots are in complex civil defense. The commercial and coverage practices now sit next to it. This seat is fully remote. You come in for a hearing or a deposition. The title on the résumé is civil litigation. No Anchor Days – Remote means remote. You appear when the case has a hearing. What You'll Actually Do: Litigate New York commercial and complex civil disputes in state and federal court. Draft and argue dispositive motions, including coverage-related business disputes. Take and defend depositions. Appear for hearings and trial when the case needs it.
