Real Estate Analyst - Chicago

Responsibilities: Conduct due diligence on commercial real estate transactions. Order and review title reports, surveys, and zoning reports. Analyze title and survey reports, prepare objection letters, and assist in resolving title and survey issues. Collaborate with surveyors, title companies, and municipal entities to facilitate closing requirements. Provide additional support to attorneys as needed to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions as a Paralegal or Analyst. Paralegal Certificate or its equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
