Senior Director, Engineering & Construction: Growth & Impact

You will coordinate with asset, property management, and acquisitions teams, supervising contractors and validating proforma timelines. You will also support underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions, manage multiple projects, and drive consistency with company standards across portfolios nationwide.
