Associate Medical Director, Transfusion Medicine

Physician (Transfusion Medicine & Cell Therapy) Lead and support transfusion medicine services, including oversight of cell therapy laboratory work, quality assurance, and test development and validation. Ensure accreditation and compliance of laboratory and clinical practices. Provide clinical consultation and support research activities. Contribute to teaching and mentorship for medical students, residents, fellows, and trainees. Work collaboratively with clinicians, researchers, and laboratory technologists. Key ResponsibilitiesDirect transfusion medicine services and laboratory operations Maintain QA programs and accreditation readiness Develop, validate, and oversee laboratory tests Deliver clinical consultation related to transfusion and testing Support research and educational activities
