Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enterprise data governance strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Lead data governance activities, including policy creation, data stewardship, and maintenance of information management frameworks.
Collaborate with senior leadership to embed governance into analytics, compliance, and technology initiatives.
Ensure enterprise data quality, integrity, and accessibility through measurable standards and performance metrics.
Guide data architecture and technology initiatives, including data integration, modernization, and interoperability.
Act as the executive liaison for compliance and regulatory matters related to data management.
Promote a culture of data accountability and stewardship, mentoring leaders and teams.
Participate in committees, projects, and cross-functional initiatives to support organizational objectives.
Continuously develop expertise in data governance, analytics, and related domains to improve practices and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strategic leadership with a strong vision for enterprise data management.
Excellent executive communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Ability to align data governance with organizational strategy and performance goals.
Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks for data and information management.
Proven capability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or seven years’ experience in data governance, information management, analytics, or technology leadership (including at least three years in a managerial role).Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is preferred.
