To support a growing Florida practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Workers' Compensation Paralegal will draft legal documents, manage case files, and collaborate with attorneys in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents under attorney supervision
Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate client communications
E-file documents and assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists and case summaries
Required qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in workers' compensation defense
Strong knowledge of Florida Workers' Compensation laws and 60Q Rules of Procedure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software
Experience with eJCC filing system and legal case management software
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred
