About This Opportunity New England Die Cutting (NEDC) has been a trusted precision manufacturing partner for over 30 years. From our 70,000 square-foot facility, we specialize in die-cutting, laser-cutting, waterjet cutting, and fabrication of custom thermal pads, gaskets, RF absorbers, and high-performance materials for industries that demand quality and precision. Our work supports critical applications in aerospace, military, medical, and electronics industries—sectors where quality isn't just a goal, it's a requirement. Who We're Looking For We're always seeking talented individuals who want to grow their careers in a structured, light to medium manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have: Interest in or experience with manufacturing, production, or fabrication processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Reliability—punctuality and consistent attendance matter here Presence and focus while working in our facility Understanding that we operate to ISO, military/aerospace, medical, and electronics quality standards Coachability and eagerness to learn (we invest in training, but we prefer to teach things once) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured environment Roles we typically hire for include: Manufacturing & Production: Machine Operators (die-cutting, laser-cutting, waterjet) Production Associates Fabrication & Assembly Specialists Quality & Technical Support: Quality Control Technicians Quality Inspectors Operations & Planning: Inventory/Materials Management Operations Support Planning & Scheduling Design & Engineering: CAD Designers Engineering Support Administrative & Office: Office Administration Customer Service Order Processing
