Location: Bakersfield, CA

Pay: $18.50/hr($17.00/hr base pay + $1.50/hr shift differential)

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:30 PM - 1:00 AM)Training begins on 1st shift Build more than trusses — build your career. We're seeking experienced truss builders, framers, or construction professionals to join our fast-paced Truss Production Team at 84 Lumber.

Key Responsibilities: Assemble roof and floor trusses using jigs, nail guns, and other tools Read and build accurately from engineered blueprints Focus on quality, safety, and efficiency Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications: Truss, framing, or general construction experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and operate power tools Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

Verify truss set up is accurate. Perform daily operator maintenance. Maintain 100% crew efficiency. Mark individual trusses when required. Train Builder Associates.
