Construction Sales & Bid Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for a Construction Sales & Bid Coordinator to support our commercial construction sales and estimating teams. This position combines customer relationship building, frequent travel, bid research, and follow-up. This is a remote-based position, but weekly travel to meet with customers is an essential part of the job. The successful candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their schedule and workload independently while traveling.

Key Responsibilities: Travel weekly to meet with customers and build strong relationships. Plan and coordinate your own travel and customer visits. Research projects and identify potential bidders and customer contacts. Follow up on submitted bids and gather feedback on pricing and competitiveness. Ask customers about other upcoming projects and opportunities. Track bids, customer contacts, follow-ups, and results. Share customer and competitive information with sales and estimating. Identify trends that can help improve future bids. Communicate with customers by phone, email, video, and in person. Stay current on all responsibilities while traveling.

What We're Looking For: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Comfortable planning and managing frequent weekly travel. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confident making follow-up calls and asking questions. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Professional and personable with customers. Comfortable with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, spreadsheets, and business software. Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace. Construction, sales, estimating, customer service, or business development experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.

Full-Time | Remote-Based | Frequent Weekly Travel | $25–$30/hour
