Job Description: Job DescriptionJob Description A to Z Quality Fencing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist/Director to join our team in Hartford, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and establish relationships with potential customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the fencing industry or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
