To support a growing legal team, the full-time California Licensed Corporate Counsel will provide regulatory and advertising legal advice, manage compliance strategies, and handle disputes for dietary supplements and consumer products, with a hybrid work arrangement based in West Hills, California.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory, advertising, labeling, and product safety matters
Develop and implement compliance strategies for emerging regulatory requirements affecting dietary supplements and other consumer products
Manage legal strategies for advertising disputes and coordinate with internal stakeholders on regulatory inquiries and litigation matters
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in regulatory, advertising, or compliance matters, preferably with FDA/FTC exposure
Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
