What You'll Actually DoYou are the face of Dogtopia for every family who walks in during your shift, and you are the person the team looks to when the General Manager is not here. You will: Lead the front of house during evening and weekend shifts Run Meet & Greets from the welcome through to helping the family choose the right plan for their dog Follow up with families after their visit so nobody falls through the cracks Answer questions about daycare, boarding and spa, and recommend what genuinely fits the dog in front of you Support and direct the Canine Coaches on shift Handle check in, check out, payments and the daily close Step into the playroom when the team needs you Keep the lobby clean, calm and welcoming You Might Be Perfect for This Job If...You genuinely love dogs and enjoy talking to the people who love them You are comfortable recommending something and asking for the signup You like being the person others count on when the manager is not in the building You stay calm and think on your feet in a loud, fast-moving place You take responsibility seriously because animals and people are depending on you You want evenings and weekends rather than a nine to five Customer service, retail, hospitality, veterinary or front desk experience all translate well here. No professional dog experience? We train you. Already have dog daycare experience? Even better. You must be able to: Be around groups of dogs of all sizes Lift up to 40 pounds Work evenings and rotating Saturdays, and some holidays Be on your feet for most of a shift

Team members who move into full-time status can become eligible for benefits after 90 days while consistently working at least five shifts per week.
