Strategic Finance Leader, FP&A & Investor Relations

Basata, a healthcare tech startup based in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Head of Finance to own FP&A end to end and act as the chief strategic finance voice reporting to the CEO. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and investor readiness as the company scales toward future funding rounds. You'll build KPI frameworks, lead board communications, and partner with leadership to allocate capital effectively.
