VP, SNAP EBT Operations & Vendor Strategy

SMI is seeking a VP, SNAP EBT to lead day-to-day performance of our SNAP EBT product, overseeing vendor governance, service delivery, and cardholder experience across live state programs. This is a product and operations ownership role, not a technical role. You will manage vendor relationships, review SLAs, drive root-cause analysis, support state agency deployments, and ensure compliance with USDA/FNA, PCI DSS, and state requirements. Travel may be required.
