What You’ll Be Doing: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Contract recruiters Continue to run and grow your own successful recruitment desk Drive team performance through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and hands-on coaching Develop new business and expand existing client relationships Support the team across business development, candidate delivery, negotiation, and closing Partner with senior leadership on hiring, performance, and growth strategy Help shape and scale the NYC Contracts team as the business continues to grow

What We’re Looking For: Strong experience within contract recruitment/staffingA proven track record of individual billing success Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing recruiters Recruitment experience within Technology, Data, Analytics, and/or AIStrong business development and account management skillsA commercial, results-driven mindset Someone who enjoys leading from the front and wants to remain active in the market Why Harnham?
