Elite Truck Service Advisor Swing Shift

Excel Truck Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team for a swing shift schedule: Tue–Fri 12:30pm–9:00pm and Sat 7:00am–3:00pm. This role focuses on customer service and administrative support for a high-volume Truck Service team. Ideal candidates have experience as truck or auto service advisors or strong administrative and automotive technical skills, with an emphasis on clear communication and efficient repair planning to keep customers informed.
