Beacon Hill Legal is staffing a contract Director of Claims role for a reputable healthcare organization located in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience with managing medical malpractice claims to establish documented and standardized claims processes, including valuation and reserving practices, exposure assessment, and strategies against plaintiff attorneys. This position will adhere to a hybrid model with 1-2 days onsite per week.
