The Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) Program Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Baxley, GA. This role supports the ADRC team by providing front-line assistance to older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and families seeking information on available services and supports. Daily tasks include answering phone calls and in-person inquiries, gathering client information, assisting with referrals, maintaining records, and updating databases and files. The Program Assistant helps coordinate program activities, prepares routine reports and correspondence, and supports outreach efforts such as distributing materials and organizing informational events. The role involves close collaboration with internal staff and external partners to ensure efficient, respectful, and accurate service delivery. Applicants must have an associate degree in human services or health related field and a minimum of two years’ experience in working directly with the aging and disability population; possess excellent written/oral communication skills; proficiency using computers and ability to learn other software systems.
