Practice Lead, Multimodal Transportation

Toole Design seeks an experienced transportation professional to lead its integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Seattle, WA. This leadership role combines practice leadership with active project delivery. We value a PE (preferred) and extensive experience (15+ years) in transportation engineering and multimodal planning, with a focus on mentorship, business development, and strategic direction to strengthen client relationships and grow the practice.
