Customer Service and Sales Associate

Sales Associate Responsibilities: Speak with customers in person and provide friendly, professional service Explain available products, services, promotions, and account options Ask questions to understand each customer's needs Recommend appropriate products or services Assist customers throughout the enrollment or purchasing process Answer questions and resolve basic customer concerns Maintain accurate customer and sales information Work toward individual and team sales goals Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings Represent the company and its clients professionally
