The team advises financial institutions and financial services businesses across buy-side and sell-side M&A, strategic advisory and other complex transactions.
The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to join a growing platform where you’ll have meaningful transaction responsibility, direct senior banker exposure and regular client interaction. The team covers a broad range of financial services, including: Banks & specialty finance Insurance Asset & wealth management Fin Tech & payments Consumer finance Specialty lending You’ll be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, including financial modelling, valuation, pitch development, CIMs, management presentations and transaction execution. The Candidate We’re looking for an Associate with 2+ years of investment banking experience, ideally with FIG / financial services M&A experience. You should have: Strong M&A execution experience Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills Strong analytical and communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentA genuine interest in financial services Candidates from middle-market banks, boutiques and larger investment banks will be considered.
