Senior Policy Advisor, Family Policy & Economic Security

Third Way in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Policy Advisor, Family Policy to shape policy ideas on child care, paid leave, caregiving, and federal tax policy within the Economic Program. This role collaborates with partners and represents Third Way to government leaders and policy advocates. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in economic policy, an undergraduate degree, strong writing and research skills, and a track record of bipartisan or center-left policy work.
