Supervisory Staff Law Enforcement Ranger

Job Duties: Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Direct and supervise Law Enforcement Rangers, providing leadership, performance management, training oversight, discipline, and ensuring compliance with merit principles, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), safety, and ethic requirements. Manage the Law Enforcement Ranger Program to enforce federal laws, deter unauthorized use, protect public lands and resources, and ensure alignment with national, state, and local Bureau of Land Management (BLM) policies. Enforce federal and applicable state laws by conducting investigations, apprehensions, court proceedings, and special operations, maintaining operational readiness and serving as lead or incident commander when required.
