Key responsibilities:
Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape organizational strategy and guide workforce planning
Lead and develop the People team, empowering them to enhance their impact and ownership
Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
Required qualifications:
Significant experience leading People functions in high-growth, venture-backed environments, preferably in SaaS or technology
Strong understanding of organizational design, talent strategy, and employee relations
Experience navigating complexities of global, distributed teams and local employment requirements
Proven ability to connect People decisions to business outcomes and advise senior leaders effectively
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in People operations
