Key responsibilities: Oversee and evolve the global equity compensation program, ensuring compliance and scalability Process option exercises and RSU vesting releases, collaborating closely with HR and payroll Develop employee education materials and communications, leading training sessions across various platforms Required qualifications 8+ years of stock administration experience at a U.S. public company, preferably in a SaaS environment Experience building scalable stock programs, including launching an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Strong project management skills with attention to detail and data integrity Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automating processes Active CEP certification preferred, but not required
