Oil & Gas Title Attorney - Remote & Hybrid Opportunities

Fredrikson & Byron is seeking an Attorney specializing in examination of title to real property to join our Energy Department. The role may be based in Minneapolis or other offices, with remote options available. You will examine title records, determine ownership of surface, mineral, and leasehold interests, and draft complex title opinions for oil, gas, and energy projects. The ideal candidate has 3-8+ years of experience, strong writing skills, and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
