Residential Estimator The client is a multi-generation Long Island residential builder focused on new home construction, large-scale renovations/remodels, and custom kitchens — mid-to-high end work with some luxury/craftsmanship projects. What they'll own: Quantity takeoffs and material lists Change orders and quote review (ensure pricing aligns with scope) Working from incomplete plan sets when systems/details aren't fully drawn clarifying scope and filling gaps without always being able to walk the job Keeping estimates current when material lists/selections change on the fly Dedicated estimator model (one client focus), embedded with the team
