Inventory Coordinator

Key responsibilities include: reconciling inventory for the warehouse, analyzing daily, weekly, and period end inventory counts and generating period end reports, troubleshooting inventory variances as required, entering bills of lading, purchases and transfers, weekly balancing of transfers in/out of other facilities, leading period close process consistent with GCS control standards, and monitoring day supply and replenishing product to meet daily inventory activity needs.

Compensation and benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications required: HS diploma required, one-year production experience preferred, previous experience in an inventory control function/computerized environment preferred, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel, SAP, ability to work weekends as required to complete period end cleaning requirements.
