Key responsibilities:
Own Cleo's comprehensive fraud strategy, addressing transaction, identity, and operational fraud
Establish fraud risk frameworks and performance targets, ensuring a balance between loss reduction and customer experience
Lead fraud investigations, incident reviews, and manage chargeback operations and vendor evaluations
Required qualifications:
8+ years of experience in fraud or financial crime
Proven expertise in debit and credit transaction fraud, as well as identity fraud management
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to fraud risk assessment
Experience in fintech, particularly with lending or credit products
Familiarity with US card regulations and fraud tooling landscape
