Mergers & Acquisitions Associate - Denver

Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents. Handle M&A, joint ventures, and private equity-sponsored transactions. Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction teams. Advise private companies, investors, and portfolio companies on corporate matters. Counsel clients on financings, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. Work directly with partners and clients while managing multiple matters and increasing responsibility.

Qualifications: 3+ years of sophisticated business and transactional experience. Strong experience with M&A, joint ventures, and complex corporate transactions. Experience with private equity-sponsored and middle-market transactions preferred. Excellent legal writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and take ownership of significant responsibilities. Strong client-service orientation and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. J.D. from an accredited law school. Active bar admission and membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice. Excellent academic credentials.
