Responsibilities: Build relationships with retailers through phone and email Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service Process orders accurately and efficiently Solve customer problems with professionalism and urgency Learn our products and help customers make recommendations Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and eCommerce Continuously learn new systems and processes Help improve how we serve our customers
