Staff Software Engineer — AI-Native Dev Platform

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design and build scalable platform capabilities that boost developer productivity and bring AI-powered workflows into the software development lifecycle. You will work across backend services, tooling, and modern web technologies to deliver reusable solutions adopted by multiple engineering teams. You will lead architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and drive design decisions that improve reliability, performance, and observability while
