Occupational Health and Safety Technician – Manufacturing

KOCH FOODS is seeking a Medical Safety Coordinator to support employee health and workplace safety at its poultry manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help coordinate first aid and incident response, maintain accurate medical and safety records, assist with injury and near-miss investigations, and identify hazards across production areas. You will partner with operations, human resources, and safety teams to deliver employee training, monitor compliance with applicable requirements, and follow corrective actions through completion. Coordinate first aid and employee incident response. Maintain confidential medical, injury, and safety records. Assist with workplace injury and near-miss investigations. Conduct or support safety inspections and identify hazards in production areas. Track corrective and preventive actions through completion. Support employee safety training and coaching. Monitor compliance with applicable workplace safety requirements. Coordinate with operations, human resources, and safety teams on health and safety matters.
