Die Cast Set-Up Operator

Position Responsibilities: Follow instructions on route sheets in setting up and operating various machinery and follow inspection procedures on route sheet to inspect finished product Responsible for secondary operations on parts including drilling, tapping, sanding and deburring Set-up Die-Cast Machine for new production run configuring the equipment to manufacture specific parts Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required Assist in Preventative Maintenance (PM) following procedures Maintain segregation of materials and keep accurate part counts Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition Perform data entry functions in relation to lot records and quality control records Comply with all company policies including safety regulations, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality System Regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices Perform other duties as required/assigned
