Job Description: Start Rate: $20.00/hour | Full-Time | Shift TBDJob Purpose or Objective(s): Supports the Players Club representatives, schedules associates based on business demand, provides assistance, and sets the standard for performance and customer service to all internal and external guests. You will report to the Marketing Manager. Primary Tasks:1. Provide direction and feedback to representatives.2. Respond to guest, employee, and management concerns and resolve issues within company policies.3. Oversee the work of your team to ensure standards are met, train team members, and conduct performance management with staff.4. Maintain knowledge of company, departmental procedures including MICS/TICS, and Title 31 to communicate accurate information to guests and other team members/departments.5. Complete required reports.6. Maintain records to document/verify department activities.7. Monitor inventory control of general office/rewards club supplies.8. Help implement events and promotions.9. Attend training and workshops to develop marketing skills.10. Perform other duties as assigned.
