Categorize and prioritize reports of need for follow-up and investigation
Required qualifications:
Active listening and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency
Residency in Pennsylvania
Experience in social work, case management, or related fields
Background in criminal justice, law enforcement, or healthcare intake roles is encouraged
